CBSMUN- The Model United Nations Society of the college was established in the year 2010 with the motive of promoting MUN-ing in the college and supporting the MUNers in their participation and preparation in various local and national MUNs.
Within a year of its inception the society has organised two very successful events- The CBSMUN Training Event 2010 and DUMUN 2010, which holds the unique distinction of being the first-ever central University MUN in the country. Each of these events has been accepted as rolling events and are scheduled to be organised in October this year.
The society, apart from organising the two events, also aims to provide support to the existing and budding MUNers in the college by providing them with regualar updates on the various MUN events that are taking place throughout the country.
Also, it plans to support the MUNers in preparing for these events by organising regular in-house training programmes and mock MUNs.
